What is included in my pledge tier?
The main campaign page (click “Campaign” in the header!) details everything in a given pledge tier! Locate the tier you are interested in and underneath will be an image of everything in that tier as well as an itemized list of everything that’s included.
Additionally you’ll want to look at the stretch goals! The stretch goals will list all current goals as well as goals that have been reached. It will state under each stretch goal what tiers (if any) it’ll be in!
While tiers don’t stack, as in a higher tier includes the lower tiers, they do come with the stretch goals!

Are any of the items in this campaign Kickstarter exclusives?
The Tarrasque pin is the only “exclusive” included in this campaign!
While they are not considered exclusive, please be aware that any Deluxe reward items may only be available in a limited capacity outside of the Kickstarter campaign. If you have your heart set on a Deluxe reward item, we suggest including it in your pledge to avoid missing out!

In order to qualify for physical add-ons, you’ll want to change to a pledge tier that has physical rewards! Digital tiers are not eligible for physical add-ons.

Yes, we will be using BackerKit (https://www.backerkit.com/for-backers)! You’ll want to ensure your Kickstarter email address is correct and will match the email you use for BackerKit. Additionally, please ensure your email address is not a Private Apple ID relay email address. If you’re new to Kickstarter, welcome! We’ll have more information on BackerKit when we get closer to releasing the survey so please look forward to that!

I’d like to pledge for this but am unable to at this time. How can I get the rewards?
The first way is by pledging $1 to the campaign. After the campaign ends you will be considered a backer and will have access to the post-campaign pledge manager, BackerKit. You can upgrade your pledge through BackerKit and pick any add-ons at a later date!
Additionally there will be preorders opened after the campaign ends, however you will not be considered a backer and items will ship with other preorders.

What are the details of the Tarrasque “mini”?
The estimated measurements are: Height (Including spikes) 13.1”/33.4cm, Width 12.2”/30.9cm, Depth 11.7”/29.6cm with a 32mm or 28mm (Heroic) scale. It will be made from solid PVC. The estimated measurement for the base is 9” in diameter. The mini will weigh approximately 1 kg.

How do I pick which physical minis sets I want?
For now you’ll want to make sure the minis sets in your pledge reflects the number of sets you want. For example if you want two sets of minis, make sure your add-ons say two sets. You’ll pick your specific sets in our pledge manager after the campaign closes!

I picked the Soul Stone Collection tier. How do I get the Tarrasques at the discounted price?
Due to some platform limitations we’re not able to add that specific version of the Tarrasque as a mini. As such, you’ll want to add $100 to your funds without a reward attached. This will be converted to credit in BackerKit and you can allocate those funds to the Tarrasque at the discounted price!

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
